Hi, I'm Lorraine

I'm a certified Whole Health & Wellbeing Coach supporting high-performing women in their prime.

 

Women who lead, decide, deliver and carry significant responsibility, yet are finding that their energy, body, and mind no longer respond the way they used to.

This stage of life brings real physiological shifts. Hormones fluctuate, stress tolerance narrows, and recovery slows. 

My role is simple...

To help you stabilise your energy, regulate stress and support hormone health with a clear, evidence-informed strategy that fits your real life.

I understand this stage because I’ve lived it too. In my early 40s, anxiety and hormonal shifts hit while I was still leading a demanding business and family life. I didn’t understand what was happening, only that pushing harder wasn’t working. What I now know is that this time of change is physiological, not personal failure. And with the right support, you can feel steady, strong and fully yourself again.

My mission is to support high-performing women in their prime, navigate this chapter with clarity and strategy, so their energy and health support the level at which they operate.
