Get to know me...

With over 20 years of experience running successful businesses, from wedding planning and design to virtual business support, I’ve always been driven to help others thrive. But in 2019, after years of juggling responsibilities and pushing through chronic stress, I hit burnout. Stepping away from the wedding industry gave me the space I needed to reconnect with myself and redefine what truly matters.

That journey led me to my true passion - health and wellness. I’m now completing a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching through the Health Coaches Academy, a fully accredited programme recognised by the UK & International Health Coaches Association, the NHS Personalised Care Institute, the Association for Coaching, and Qualifi. Through this training, I’ve gained the tools to support others in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that improve energy, health, and overall wellbeing.

Wellness isn’t just something I coach - it’s how I live. I find joy through nature walks with my dogs, regular fitness, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of small, consistent steps, and I’m here to help you take yours.

Join my 4-6 Week Coaching Programme as a Case Study Volunteer

Are you ready to boost your energy, improve your wellbeing, and take back control of your health -  all with the support of a trained Health & Wellness Coach?

I'm looking for 6 committed volunteers to take part in a free 4–6 week coaching programme as part of my final case study requirements for certification.

How Can I Help You?

If you're feeling low on energy, overwhelmed by daily demands, or simply know it’s time to prioritise your health, I’d love to support you. As part of my final certification to become a Health & Wellness Coach, I’m offering a small number of free places on a 4–6 week coaching programme designed to help you make meaningful, lasting changes to your wellbeing.

 

This is a unique opportunity to receive personalised, one-to-one guidance to improve your habits, mindset, and energy, all in a safe, confidential space where your goals are the priority.

Real Results


Many people who complete this coaching programme report a wide range of positive changes, both physical and emotional.

You may notice improvements in your energy, sleep, digestion, mood, or overall wellbeing. In similar 4-week programmes, volunteers have experienced more consistent energy throughout the day, weight loss (if that’s a goal), clearer thinking, better focus, and greater confidence. Some also see unexpected benefits, like improved skin, reduced aches and pains, and a renewed sense of motivation.

While everyone’s journey is unique, the structure and support of health coaching can lead to powerful shifts, especially when you’re ready to prioritise yourself.

How It Works

If selected as a case study volunteer, you’ll take part in a personalised 4- or 6-week health and wellness coaching programme, designed around your unique goals and challenges.

 

We’ll meet once a week for a one-to-one online coaching session, with each session lasting up to 60 minutes. The first session is slightly longer to help us get started. Before we begin, you’ll complete a short application and a health profile so I can tailor the support to you. In return for receiving this free programme, all I ask is that you commit fully to attending each session, and provide a short testimonial and feedback at the end to support my qualification process.

This programme is designed for people who are open to making positive changes and ready to commit to weekly sessions over 4–6 weeks.

It’s important that participants feel ready to explore their health goals and follow through with the process. If now isn’t the right time for that, I completely understand, and there may be future opportunities to work together when the timing feels better for you.
