Alongside this, my Blood Sugar Balancing coaching is ideal if your main goal is to improve energy, support sustainable weight loss management, or feel more in control around food through a clear, science-led eating framework.
I also work with organisations to support employee health and wellbeing through workplace coaching that helps individuals manage stress, sustain energy, and perform well without burning out.

Private Coaching
This is a high level, deeply personalised coaching experience which gives more than a surface level reset.
Private coaching is for you if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed or out of sync with your body. You want calm, personalised support rather than generic advice, and value having expert guidance, accountability and a safe space to talk things through.
You’re ready to feel more in control of your energy, health and habits, with structure that fits real life.
Private coaching programmes are available from 6-weeks to 6-months which we can chat about in our discovery call.
Blood Sugar Balancing Coaching
Blood Sugar Balancing coaching is for you if you want steadier energy, fewer cravings and a calmer, more confident approach to eating, living healthier and understanding what your body and mind need.
This is not about trends or restriction, but a simple, science-led framework that cuts through conflicting advice and supports your health, energy and sustainable weight loss in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
Available as a 6-week programme.
