    It's great to meet you!

    I’m Lorraine Issott, a Health & Wellness Coach who’s passionate about helping ambitious women find balance, reclaim their energy, and finally feel supported instead of stretched thin. ..

    My journey hasn’t been a straight line - more of a winding path with a few sharp bends, lessons learned the long way around, and plenty of growth in between. After years of running my own wedding industry business, I hit burnout in 2019. It forced me to stop, breathe, and take an honest look at how stress, anxiety, and perimenopause were affecting every part of my life. It was a tough season, but it was also the turning point I didn’t know I needed.

    For most of my life, I thought I had to do everything on my own. I’m capable, independent, and I’ve always prided myself on “just getting on with it.” But burnout taught me a powerful truth - that surviving isn’t the same as living. Real strength comes from asking for help, setting boundaries, and rebuilding from the inside out.

    That realisation led me to create a more flexible role in business support, giving me the space to be present for my family while still loving the work I do. But it wasn’t until I began retraining with the Health Coaching Academy that everything clicked. I finally understood my purpose -  supporting people who feel like they’ve been carrying everything alone for too long. Helping them shift from enduring… to thriving.

    ​Nourish You Wellness was born from this belief that wellbeing isn’t just surface-level. It’s about nourishing the whole you - your energy, mindset, habits, and how you show up in the world. Today, at 50, I support individuals and teams in prioritising their health, balancing their energy, and reconnecting with what truly matters. I combine lived experience with professional training to help people create lives and workplaces where wellbeing is valued, and where success doesn’t require self-sacrifice.

    My coaching style is proactive, grounded, and results-focused. I create a safe, confidential space where you can explore your challenges without judgment, understand how you got here, and unravel what might be holding you back. Together, we build a clear, practical plan to help you challenge unhelpful beliefs, shift habits, and step into a more energised, confident version of yourself.

    Deep listening sits at the heart of how I work. I ask the gentle yet honest questions you may have been avoiding - the ones that help uncover the root causes of stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt. From there, we find sustainable ways to restore your balance, wellbeing, and resilience.

    And because life isn’t all work and inner work, here’s the fun side of me too…

    I’m happiest outdoors, especially on long dog walks across the Chiltern Hills. I’m a regular at the gym, recently found my running legs again, and I’ll say yes to pretty much any sport, from netball to football. I adore horses and birds (there’s something grounding about them), and music and dancing feed my soul. One day, I’m determined to learn the Argentine tango. I love great food, summer holidays, long laughs with friends and family… and I also truly value my own space and freedom. It’s all part of what keeps me balanced.
