It's great to meet you!

I’m Lorraine Issott - Certified Health & Wellness Coach, wife and mum - and I’m passionate about supporting ambitious women to restore their energy, regain control of their health and feel supported rather than stretched thin.

I work with high-performing women in their prime who are navigating the hormonal and life shifts of midlife while continuing to lead at work and at home. Women who don’t want to lower their ambition - they want their energy and wellbeing to support it.

My journey hasn't been a straight line. It's been a winding path - with sharp bends, hard lessons and significant growth along the way.

After years of running a successful wedding business, I hit burnout in 2019. On the outside, everything looked accomplished and capable, but on the inside, stress, anxiety and undiagnosed perimenopause were quietly taking their toll. I had spent years pushing through - high standards, long hours, constant responsibility - believing that resilience meant coping alone. Eventually, burnout forced me to stop.

For most of my life, I prided myself on being independent and self-sufficient - the one who could always get on with it. What I learned is that enduring isn't the same as leading, nor is it about living! Strength isn't about pushing through depletion, but more about understanding what your body needs and responding intelligently.

That season marked a turning point. I restructured my work, created more space for what was important to me and began to rebuild my health and wellbeing with intention.

It wasn't until I retrained as a Health & Wellness Coach that everything connected. I finally understood the physiological impact of chronic stress and hormonal change,  and how many high-performing women are navigating it silently,

Now I support women in their prime...Women who are capable, ambitious and carrying a great deal, but who know something needs to shift. Women who don't want to lower their standards, just lead their health differently and live their life much brighter, more confidently and with more joy.

Nourish You Wellness was built on a clear belief that health and wellbeing is foundational. It is not surface-level, and it is not optional,  particularly for women carrying significant responsibility.

Now, at 50, I specialise in supporting high-performing women in their prime to navigate this exciting chapter with strength and strategy. I combine lived experience with professional training to help women restore steady energy, support hormone health and lead their lives without sacrificing themselves in the process.

My coaching is structured, proactive and results-focused. I provide a confidential, intelligent space where you can step out of performance mode and speak honestly. Together, we identify what is driving stress, fatigue or frustration, and create a practical, sustainable plan that strengthens your physiology, sharpens your clarity and protects your long-term capacity.

Deep listening sits at the core of how I work. I ask thoughtful, direct questions that uncover patterns you may have normalised for years. From there, we move beyond coping and into regulation, resilience and confident self-leadership.

And because sustainable strength also includes joy and recovery…

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me outdoors -  walking across the Chiltern Hills with my dogs, training at the gym or rediscovering my running rhythm. I’ll say yes to most team sports, have a quiet appreciation for horses and birds, and believe music and dancing are essential forms of energy. I value good food, summer sunshine, long conversations with family and friends, and I fiercely protect my own space and freedom.

EMBRACE THIS MOMENT

This stage of life is not something to fight. Your hormones are not the enemy. They are signals that your body is recalibrating and asking to be understood, not overridden.

For years, you may have relied on discipline and drive to carry you through. But midlife requires something different. It requires awareness, strategy and self-respect.

The more you understand what’s happening physiologically, the more power you reclaim. Education replaces self-doubt. Clarity replaces frustration and informed action replaces silent endurance.

You do not need to minimise your experience, or push through and hope it passes and you certainly don't need to lower your standards.

Instead, raise them.

Raise the standard of how you care for yourself.
Raise the standard of the support you accept.
Raise the standard of how you expect to feel.

This is not about resisting change; it's about embracing it intelligently and leading yourself through it with confidence and strength.

This moment isn’t the beginning of decline.

It’s the beginning of doing things differently.

Are you ready?

Book your 30 minute Health & Wellness Discovery Call and let's embrace this new chapter.
