Week 4 — Sleep, rhythm & recovery
Sleep and the circadian rhythm, a gentle 7-day boost for momentum, and feel-good rewards to keep you moving forward.
Week 5 — Stress resilience & consistency

I am someone who has always found it difficult to stay on track and frequently comes up with excuses as to why this is.
